While a second shooter can certainly be added to your package, I don't typically come with one and usually don't need one. If you provide me with a solid day-of itinerary with plenty of time to work, I can easily cover every angle and moment myself which provides a beautiful quality and consistency to all of your wedding photos.
Absolutely, I love it! I have different packages for different areas (even international destinations!) that include travel, designed specifically to be on par with local wedding photography prices. If you're bringing me to you, I'm going to make it as easy as possible and 1000% worth your while.
Don't even worry about it. I'll tell you what to do, where to go, where to look, and once the ball gets rolling you'll be surprised at how easy (and fun!) it is. I get real excited about taking excellent photos of wonderful people, and I'm very vocal about it.
Wedding photos typically take 5-7 weeks, engagement and portrait sessions 2-4 weeks (depending on the workload). I take my time ensuring every photo I deliver to you is up to a standard that I can be proud of and that you will be happy with.
ALWAYS allow yourself extra time for every bullet point of the day. Buffer time, buffer time, buffer time. I can't stress that enough. Give yourself 5-15 minutes of buffer time between every thing you need to do that day, because inevitably, without fail, all wedding days run late. If you add in that time, you're prepared for it. Also, while I'm great at thinking on my feet and working with what I've got, the very best way to get the very best photos is time, and time in the daylight. 9 times out of 10, those spectacular shots photographers love to show off were taken when they had time to explore and get creative.
First look, pleeeeeeeeeeeeaaasssee. I urge all of my lovely couples to go with the first look for three reasons:
